一向来以为我们华人关系复杂，坦白说，我长大到今天还搞不清叔伯婶姨侄儿甥女三姑六婆。不久前，有位华校生前辈还鼓励人们从讣告上学习华族祖孙辈份的称呼。太复杂了，还是洋人的uncle、untie来得简单直接。
我错了，今天接到Jason这个短片，才知道洋人闹起来，关系比我们更复杂。东方人家庭核心单位组织比西方人强。西方人倡文明，讲自由，关系搞到乱七八糟，到头来人心浮躁，自己也面目全非，比我们还乱。
不信？看一看这段有趣的短片，一个年青小伙子，竟然成了自己的祖父！这是一则真实的故事，曾在19世纪中旬广为各地报报道。

Two men, one American and an Indian were sitting in a bar drinking shot after shot.
The Indian man said to the American,
"You know my parents are forcing me to get married to this so called homely girl from a village whom I haven't even met once. We call this arranged marriage. I don't want to marry a woman whom I don't love... I told them openly and now have a hell lot of family problems."
The American said,
"Talking about love marriages... I'll tell you my story...I married a widow whom I deeply loved and dated for 3 years.
After a couple of years, my father fell in love with my step-daughter and so my father became my son-in-law and I became my father's father-in-law.
Legally now my daughter is my mother and my wife is my grandmother.
More problems occurred when I had a son. My son is my father's brother and so he is my uncle. Situations turned worse when my father had a son. Now my father's son i.e. my brother is my grandson.
Ultimately, I have become my own grand father and I am my own grandson.
And you say you have family problems? ...
